Christophe Morel Born in France, Christophe comes from a family of pastry chefs. At a young age, he gains rapidly experience and became a pastry chef and chocolate expert, his passion for chocolate and his knowledge of blending flavors, coupled with his talent and creativity were quickly recognized in the industry. Recipient of numerous prizes, Christophe Morel keeps offering the best in taste and visual. He has competitions such as the Grand Prix Canadian de la Chocolaterie in 2003 and the Chocolate 1st prize at the Coupe du Monde de Patisserie de Lyon in 2005, same year qualifying for the final of the Chocolate Master in Paris. Chef Christophe was finalist of the MOF (Best Craftsman in France) chocolate and candies in 2011
