Fabian Rimann

Chef Fabian Rimann is a native of Switzerland, and trained professionally as a baker and confectioner with Knaus in Ennetbaden and with Buergi in Lengnau. In 2005, he became a Master Confectioner and in 2010, he became a Master Chocolatier. From extraordinary chocolate show pieces, chocolate confections, and elaborate chocolate desserts at Felchlin Switzerland, to advanced sugar, isomalt and sugar art at Fabilo in Rickenbach. Chef Fabian is 2007 World champion as second confectioner as part of the Swiss national cooking team in Chicago, USA. In 2008 3rd place World Team Pastry Championships in Nashville ,TN and best show piece at Cooking Olympics as part of the Swiss national cooking team in Erfuhrt, Germany.
