Notter European Pastry and Baking Diploma Program
Chefs, future pastry chefs and enthusiasts take heart!

Decorated chefs and professional pastry artisans from Europe, Asia, Latin America, and all 50 states flock to the Notter School of Pastry Arts to advance their creative craft under the direction of pastry chef, Ewald Notter. Over the years, World Champion Pastry Chefs, Ewald Notter and Anil Rohira, collaborated about developing a program that specialized in leading pastry and baking methodologies, avant-garde design, and detailed excellence. The result is the launch of Notter School’s  exclusive 24 week European Pastry and Baking Degree Program starting July 9, 2007.
