How to Apply

To apply to the Notter School of Pastry Arts, a prospective student must:

1.
Submit a completed application form, along with the non-refundable application fee of $100.00.
2.
Submit, or secure submission from the appropriate entity, proof of graduation from high school or equivalency, through the submission of a certified copy of a high school diploma or official copy of GED completion certificate.
3.
Submit one letter of recommendation from a teacher or employer

Admission Requirements

In order to enroll, applicants to Notter School of Pastry Arts must be able to present a high school diploma or GED. The application also requires the submission of a one hundred dollar ($100.00) non-refundable application fee and one letter of recommendation either from a former instructor or an employer. Students who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) prior to enrollment must have the signature of a parent or legal guardian on the enrollment agreement.

Before enrolling, prospective students are encouraged to take a tour of the campus and meet with the Admissions Director to learn firsthand about the school’s program and facilities.

Fee Schedule

The following is an explanation of Notter School’s institutional charges:

a.
The application fee of $100.00 is payable upon application to Notter School and is non-refundable.
b.
A $500 deposit is required before the start of class in order to reserve a seat for a particular program start date. The deposit will be credited towards the total amount of tuition to be paid by the student.
c.
Notter School will assess a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each revision of a student’s start date, if notification of the change is not provided prior to thirty (30) days before the reserved start date.
d.
The current total tuition for the entire program is $18,000.00.
e.
The tuition charges listed in line (d) directly above do not include the $100.00 non-refundable application fee or non-refundable fee of $50.00 charged for late notice in modifying a reserved start-date.
f.
In addition to the tuition, there is a supply and uniform fee in the amount of $1000.00. This amount covers a student’s books and course materials, three uniforms, a knife and tool kit, hats and an apron. 
g.
The total charges for tuition, books, uniform and supply fees is $19,100.00 for the entire program.
