How to Apply To apply to the Notter School of Pastry Arts, a prospective student must:

| Submit, or secure submission from the appropriate entity, proof of graduation from high school or equivalency, through the submission of a certified copy of a high school diploma or official copy of GED completion certificate. | 3.

Admission Requirements In order to enroll, applicants to Notter School of Pastry Arts must be able to present a high school diploma or GED. The application also requires the submission of a one hundred dollar ($100.00) non-refundable application fee and one letter of recommendation either from a former instructor or an employer. Students who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) prior to enrollment must have the signature of a parent or legal guardian on the enrollment agreement.
Before enrolling, prospective students are encouraged to take a tour of the campus and meet with the Admissions Director to learn firsthand about the school’s program and facilities.
